Privies-some clubs are still not working on them, but we are ok if we take care. Carpooling-some clubs are not doing this yet, but most on the call felt it was up to the individuals. Work groups-most of the concern was about larger groups. A question came up about liability if you haven't reported a hike to be work related. Josh felt that if a hiker was part of a club, it could be assumed that they were working. Sounds right to me. <br>Sawyer registration runs out on Oct. 1. If you want to recertify, you should do it before then or you will have to do the 2 day workshop. ATC is trying to schedule more classes. Finally there was a discussion of general liability for clubs and officers. PATC uses Alliant which specializes in insuring non-profits and in non-profit trail clubs. <br>Betsy<br></body></html>
