[Path-list] Graffiti!!

I thought it was crazy, however perhaps it's time to consider placing a
white board with erasers in the shelters for graffiti. I think that's what
Tenn Eastman does.
Guess some people just don't feel their expressions are being fulfilled in
the shelter books.
