[PATH-list] Section 12 trail report - VA 617 to base of Guillion Mountain

All,

Walked my section today.  I was expecting several blowdowns and lots of
branches since this area has had a couple strong wind storms over the past
few weeks.  Fortunately, there was only one minor blowdown and the usual
amount of branches.
   - Did more prep work on the cattle grate project which we'll do on the
April 15th work day
   - Put up the new sign to the water source that Ron Hudnell had made
   - Picked up (4) bags of trash!
   - Met (12) NOBOs and (1) SOBO section hiker
           - They told me there was a blowdown south of Chatfield Shelter
but fairly easy to get around
           - Another reported some blowdown between Chadwick and Settlers
"down in the rhododendron"

   Travel = 2 hrs total
   Trail maintenance = 5.5 hrs total
