[PATH-list] Privy sign

The different signs are not consistent in where one should pee.  Back when
I was doing Mouldering Privies Peeing in the privies was encouraged to keep
the moisture at good levels.  However, the tops of these privies are
screened to allow rain to enter the bin, but excess moisture is allowed to
exit the bin through dirt floors of the bin.  Take your pick.
