Reminder to help the Forest Service document our partnership! Ginelle.Yes 50/50.Yes it is a estimate, but is a carefully thought through estimate. We have 31.9 miles of trail on the Mount Rogers section and 33.5 miles of trail on EDRD section. So it's easy to say 50/50.Some years we've had 60/40 & 35/65.I am somewhat picky as to accuracy in reporting.Jim Houck Club President Piedmont Appalachian Trail (PATH)Sent from my Galaxy Tab®-------- Original message --------From: "Heller, Ginelle -FS" <ginelle.l.heller at usda.gov> Date: 10/8/21 8:48 AM (GMT-05:00) To: Jim Houck <houckjw at bellsouth.net>, Ron Hudnell <ronhudnell at gmail.com> Cc: "Bonham, Janida - FS" <Janida.Bonham at usda.gov> Subject: RE: Reporting deadline is this TODAY! Thanks Jim and Ron! Any idea of how to split the hours between the Mt Rogers NRA and Eastern Divide?
50/50?
60/40?
Estimating is fine if needed, but we do report at the district level so this info really helps us.
Thanks,
Ginelle Heller

Hello Jim,
Friendly reminder: Today is your last day to help us recognize the amazing work that your organization has accomplished with the United States Forest Service (USFS)
Southern Region this fiscal year!
On September 7th, you received the first of a series of emails asking you to complete a spreadsheet to report your contributions to the USFS this fiscal year
(October 1st, 2020 -September 30th, 2021). Your response is critical to telling our volunteers and service program story to Forest Service leadership. By sharing your accomplishments through this survey, you can help us secure more resources to manage these
programs into the future. Please help us recognize your hard work and dedication by
completing the spreadsheet today and returning it to
Ginelle.l.heller at usda.gov
If you have last minute questions, do not hesitate to email, or call.
With much gratitude,
Ginelle Heller and The Volunteers & Service Programs Team of the Southern Region
*Fun Fact*
You are working alongside National award winners! In 2018, Community Training Works won a National Volunteers and Service award for their Diversity and Inclusion efforts.
